BAYOU-LUMINESCENCE

Bayou-luminescence is an architectural installation sited within a hidden alley in the Marigny neighborhood of New Orleans. As it lights up the otherwise overlooked urban space, the installation aims to draw the public in. Commissioned as a part of the DesCours, a citywide exhibition of architecture organized by AIA New Orleans, Bayou-luminescence explores the capacity of innovative construction methods to produce novel spatial and material effects.
